In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

4 reasons to book
  • Central, vibrant location — Right in the Abasto district, steps from the Konex Cultural Centre, a subway station, and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
  • Friendly and helpful staff — Guests repeatedly mention the warm welcome and attentive service from the doorman to the restaurant team.
  • Rooftop terrace and amenities — The rooftop terrace with city views is a favorite, and the property adds a seasonal pool, solarium, and sun deck.
  • Clean, comfortable rooms — Rooms are described as clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and modern decor.
–

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Inconsistent service in the restaurant — While most staff earn praise, one guest found the restaurant staff rude, and another had a billing misunderstanding over taxes.
  • Maintenance issues can go unresolved — A running toilet was reported three times without repair, and one room had a sagging bed and flat pillows.
  • Value for money is mixed — With a Value rating of 7.7, some guests feel the price doesn't quite match the experience, especially given the 21% tax added at checkout.
  • Facilities could be better — Facilities score 6.7, the lowest category—while the rooftop and pool are appreciated, other amenities may feel basic.
